The Way She Exists I

This is a portrait of a friend of mine, someone with a quiet, effortless beauty. I approached it with a loose, sketch-driven style, keeping the lines raw in places so the drawing wouldn’t feel overworked.
Most of my focus went into the eyes and hair, trying to capture that balance between softness and presence. Parts of the piece are intentionally left unresolved to preserve a sense of movement and keep the drawing from feeling too fixed.
